International Joint Conference on Theoretical Computer Science – Frontier of Algorithmic Wisdom

Overview

Since its launch in 2007, the Conference on Frontiers of Algorithmic Wisdom (FAW) has brought together researchers working on fundamental advances in algorithms, discrete structures, optimization, and their applications. In 2021, FAW joined forces with the International Joint Conference on Theoretical Computer Science (IJTCS), founded in 2020, to establish IJTCS-FAW as an international forum for theoretical computer science and its rapidly developing interdisciplinary frontiers.

IJTCS-FAW 2026 celebrates the 20th edition of FAW, marking two decades of advancing algorithmic research and scholarly exchange. The conference is currently part of the CCF High-Quality International Academic Conference Incubation Program, reflecting its continued growth and commitment to building an influential and internationally recognized research forum.

The 7th IJTCS and 20th FAW will feature invited speakers, a technical program of contributed papers, and academic forums spanning algorithms, blockchain, computational economics, algorithmic game theory, and the theoretical foundations of artificial intelligence. IJTCS-FAW 2026 will take place from Nov 7 through Nov 10, 2026, in Haidian District, Beijing, China.
