To submit a paper for poster presentation, email it to ijtcsfaw2026pcs@outlook.com by Oct 29, 2026. Poster submissions will undergo a brief review by the conference organizers. See the Call for Posters for submission and contact details.

Camera-ready Submission

Authors of accepted papers should open their paper page in OpenReview and use the Camera Ready Revision tab. The deadline is firm so that the proceedings can be produced on time.

Corresponding Author

Please select exactly one corresponding author. This person is responsible for signing and submitting the License-to-Publish form, submitting all camera-ready files, and checking the proof when contacted by the proceedings editors.

License to Publish

Download the partially completed IJTCS-FAW 2026 Copyright Form. The corresponding author must complete and sign the form on behalf of all authors, then submit it as a scanned PDF together with the source files. Digital signatures are not accepted.

Formatting Requirements

• The strict limit is 12 pages, excluding the title page and references. The camera-ready paper must not include an appendix.
• Use the Springer LNCS template, with the llncs document class and splncs04 bibliography style.
• Include the physical addresses of all affiliated institutions.
• Keep the default CMR font; do not use font-changing packages such as times or mathptmx.
• Do not change the default margins or spacing; avoid commands or packages such as \vspace and fullpage.
• Do not add hyperlinks in the references.
• Springer encourages authors to include their ORCIDs. Authors without one may register for an ORCID.

Files and OpenReview Submission

The camera-ready author list is no longer anonymous. Check that every author has an OpenReview profile and that the author list and order are correct; the proceedings will use the information entered in OpenReview.

Please provide all of the following:

• A PDF version of the camera-ready paper in the pdf field.
• A ZIP archive containing all LaTeX sources, including TeX files, figures, BibTeX or BBL files, and any additional style files; authors using Word may instead submit an RTF file. Upload this material in the source_files field.
• The completed and physically signed License-to-Publish form as a scanned PDF together with the source files.

If the OpenReview form causes difficulty, email the files and signed form to ijtcsfaw2026pcs@outlook.com and include the paper number in the subject line.

Proof Checking and In-person Presentation

After the deadline, the proceedings editors will assemble the submitted files and may contact the corresponding author to check the final proof. A prompt response will help keep production on schedule.

At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference and present the paper in person. Each paper must be covered by a separate full registration. Registration and presentation details will be provided separately.

Initial Submission Guidelines

Authors should submit a full, anonymous paper presenting original research related to an IJTCS-FAW 2026 track. The paper should state its contributions clearly and provide the technical content, motivation, and comparison with related work needed for a rigorous review. Detailed topics and policies are available in the Call for Papers.

WINE and ISAAC Fast Tracks

Papers submitted to but not accepted at WINE 2026 or ISAAC 2026 may be submitted through the corresponding IJTCS-FAW 2026 Fast Track by Sep 15, 2026 (AoE). Fast-track papers must be within the scope of an IJTCS-FAW 2026 track and satisfy the conference's anonymity, originality, and no-simultaneous-submission requirements.

Use the same IJTCS-FAW 2026 OpenReview submission system as regular submissions and select Fast Track in the submission form.

• Submit a revised anonymous manuscript using the IJTCS-FAW 2026, WINE 2026, or ISAAC 2026 submission format. The manuscript must comply with the page limit and other requirements of the selected format.
• Upload a PDF containing the complete, unedited reviews from WINE 2026 or ISAAC 2026, as applicable, as supplementary material.
• Include a brief Changes and Response statement describing how the revision addresses those reviews. It may be included in the supplementary review PDF.

The supplementary review PDF and response do not count toward the page limit of the selected submission format. The Program Committee may use the prior reviews and may request additional assessment. See the Call for Papers for the full fast-track policy.

Author Checklist

• The submission presents original and unpublished work.
• The submission is not under simultaneous review elsewhere.
• The manuscript does not reveal author names, affiliations, email addresses, or other identifying information.
• The main paper is no more than 12 single-spaced pages, excluding the title page and references.
• The paper uses at least 11-point type and one-inch margins, or the standard LNCS layout.
• Any appendix is clearly marked, and the main paper contains the material needed to evaluate its central claims.
• Prior work by the authors is cited in a neutral, non-identifying manner.
